Deposit and balance: When you book, we ask for a 25% deposit, which is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your arrival date. We’re unable to send payment reminders, so we’d gently suggest adding the due date to your calendar. If the balance isn’t received on time, it may be charged automatically, or your booking may be cancelled and the deposit retained.
